Weekly Art Therapy Group

Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that allows for self-expression & self-awareness through image-making & reflecting on the art products and processes.

This group is an opportunity for you to
- Express difficult or confusing feeling in a safe and non-threatening manner
- Discover new ways to interact and gain self-understanding
- Increase and deepen self-awareness

- No artistic skills required
- No fluent English required
- Materials provided

Dates & Time; October 4th – November 1st 2009, weelky group from 12.00 to 15.00 p.m. (5 Sunday sessions)
Place;TCS’s ;Tokyo Counseling Services;Counseling Center in Shimokitazawa, Setagayaku, Tokyo.
Fee;�30,000 (includes the cost of materials)
