It’s a glossy monitor, because of my really bad eyesight, I need a matte monitor. I took it back to Faith and they don’t give refunds or exchanges on any products. Needless to say, this monitor is huge and a super deal at just 19,000Y! I will provide original receipt from today and the product has a 2 year warranty as of today ( Oct. 27, 2009 ). Additionally, you can test it at my place.

Pickup at Tsurumi Station (Tohoku Line), I live 3 minutes from the station where you can unpack the monitor (it’s still wrapped in its purchase box) and test it yourself. Thank you !
